Trusted Caller Identity: Pilot Results from GSMA & Telefónica [Live]
In our previous session with GSMA and Telefónica, we introduced a new approach to call center authentication: Trusted Caller Identity. This pilot project used digital ID and mobile network signals to authenticate callers faster without using SMS one time passcodes or security questions.
But what actually happens when you put this into practice?
In this session, GSMA and Telefónica will share the results of the Trusted Caller Identity Proof of Concept (PoC), including what worked, what didn’t, and what the next steps are for this project.
In this live session, you’ll learn:
- How authentication time, security and user experience were impacted
- The role of telco signals and digital ID in preventing fraud
- Key challenges and lessons learned during implementation
If you’re responsible for customer authentication, fraud prevention, or identity strategy, this session will give you a clear view of where call center authentication is heading and how to prepare for it.
Can't make it live? Don't worry. We'll send the recording to everyone who registers.
💡 Why Dock Labs is Organizing This Event
To address the growing challenges of caller authentication, we've collaborated with GSMA, Telefónica Tech, and TMT ID to launch this Proof of Concept.
Dock Labs is providing the underlying digital identity technology, including the ID Wallet, verifiable credentials, and DIDComm messaging that power secure, privacy-first interactions between callers and call centers.
